2 Key Tips On The Network Marketing Mindset For Success

It is no secret that many of us aspire to lead a more fulfilling life than the one that we actually have, but how many of us actually take the time to sit down and work out how we are going to achieve this better life for ourselves and our families?

Typically, we have a couple of main choices.  We can either follow the consensus thinking approach of working for an employer and exchanging our time for money, exchanging 40 hours plus of our life every week for a fixed wage.

One of the fundamental problems with this choice is that we only have a limited amount of time, we can only work “X” number of hours per day and “X” number of days per week.  This means your income is capped because when you are not in work, you are not earning.

If we choose this option (and most of us do) are we ever going to be able to drive the car that we aspire to drive, take the holidays that we really want to take and live in the house that we truly would like to live in?  Absolutely not!

However, there is another choice.  If we are prepared to open our mind and break away from the conventional thinking that has led us so far to a life of compromise and mediocrity, then the only sensible choice we can make should involve network marketing.

Network Marketing SuccessThe key difference between a conventional job and running a network marketing business is that network marketing gives you the opportunity to create passive and residual income streams using the power of duplication.

The best way to explain this is through the concept of the penny that doubles.  Would you rather have a million pounds/dollars today or a penny that doubles every day for 30 days?

Hopefully you would choose the penny that doubles because by day 30, that penny is worth a lot more than 5 million!!  Welcome to the power of duplication within network marketing!

Network Marketing Mindset For Success

To be successful in network marketing you need to understand your “what.” This means defining specifically what it is that you want to achieve in your life through the power of leverage with network marketing.

People follow leaders, so once you have defined exactly what it is that you want, you need to build your knowledge and competence within network marketing.  This acquisition of knowledge leads to massive confidence and belief.

Once you have mastered these skills, you are in a position to empower and lead others on this journey of self improvement and true financial freedom.

Have you ever noticed that when you need to wake up early to catch a flight to go on holiday, you will not oversleep as you have told your subconscious that this is what you must do.

You are excited about going on holiday as you have probably planned it for a while and are really looking forward to it.  In your network marketing business you can train your subconscious mind by telling yourself what you want to achieve and by letting this dominate your thought process, you will be well on your way to achieving it.

Think about things in your life that you have already achieved because you had a passion, focus and a burning desire for them.  If you combine this mindset for success with a network marketing business that excites you, then you have a winning combination in your hands and the ability and vehicle to help other people change their lives and their financial future for the better.

This is really important to understand.  If you want to improve the financial outcome of your life, then you need to focus on the spare hours that we all have each week that are otherwise just wasted – often in front of the TV in an evening!

We all have the same 168 hours in a week.  If most of us typically spend 50 hours working for an employer every week (including commuting), then this leaves us with 118 hours.

Now – we obviously need to get some sleep every day, so assuming we get the recommended 8 hours per day, that still leaves us with 62 hours of free time.

Now – being realistic, there will be a proportion of time each day that we will want to spend with our loved ones and going out for the odd meal here and there.

So lets halve that 62 hours of free time each week to about 30 hours.  That leaves us with well over 4 hours each day that almost anyone could spare to work on their network marketing business!

Over time, home business empires are built on far less free time than that per day!  Just something to think about…..
